Deposit Policy

A $25 deposit fee is mandatory to book any appointment.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Your appointment will not be booked or secured until the deposit is received.

The deposit will be applied to the cost of your appointment.

The deposit can be transferred to Lushaestheticsandspa@gmail.com

Refill Policy

Clients must have at least 30% of their eyelash extensions remaining to be considered a refill.

Fills must be met within 3 weeks.
If you are unsure about the percentage remaining, please forward a photo to 1-705-806-6597.
Anything less than 30% will be charged as a full set.

Late Policy

If you are running late to your appointment, please let us know.

Being more than 15 minutes late may result in an additional charge or rescheduling of your appointment as it alters the daily schedule.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
No shows will no longer be accepted as clients.

Foreign Lash Fill

We do not fill over work from other lash studios as products and quality may not be up to our standards.
